How to build your Wedding Dance GamePlan. 🤔

Just like a song, your dance should start simple and slowly get more complex.

Step 1️⃣:
Do single or individual moves to start.

Step 2️⃣:
Build combos. Start doing doubles, and if you feel really adventurous, you can try triples.

‼️Pro warning: Combos require practice to make seamless transitions between moves. If you don’t have the time or patience to practice, then stick to singles and use the HomeBase Approach.

If you’d like help building your Wedding Dance GamePlan, join our Natural Dance Method. It is the simplest, most accessible version of partner dancing there is. 😊

The best approach for total beginners learning how to dance is the NO CHOREO APPROACH!!! 🚫

Don’t get stuck in your head, memorizing steps and trying to match them exactly with the music. It’s too much stress and more often than not, it ends up looking awkward and robotic. 😩

Instead, learn the HomeBase Method. Relax and sit in your holding pattern until you’re ready to do a “fancy move”. This way, you only need a handful of moves to fill up a 2-3 minute song! 👍😊

Here, H&D demonstrate how easy and natural the HomeBase Approach really is! Learning how to communicate through body language instead of memorizing steps leads to a dance full of connection, presence and joy. ❤️
