In this workshop, we will explore the different ways that strategic plans are converted into actions and decisions. It may also involve operational planning and embedding values into organizational processes and policies.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

✅Describe the purpose and development of a “strategy filter”
✅Identify ways to embed organizational values in processes and policies.
✅Describe types of key performance indicators and other measures of success.
