We’ve got athletes putting in the work on the floor getting ready to race and athletes in the background getting themselves and others organized to participate in Hyrox Vancouver this December.
If you’re thinking about participating, now’s the time to round up your doubles partner, build your relay group, train the movements and running!
Join us Mondays @ 6pm and Thursdays @ 7pm.

We’re celebrating her big day by doing all her favourite things from her signature warm up routine to her favourite movements in today’s WOD (expect the colour pink, lots of skipping and bar facing birthday burpees).

Sometimes progression means being faster, stronger, getting closer to that double under skip or bar muscle up. In our community, progression can also look like going from member to coach. Which is the case with our newest addition to the team.
Francis brings over 10 years of experience in coaching everything from Rugby to functional fitness and is no stranger to the competition floor. Catch him on Mondays at 4pm and 5pm!

School’s out for summer!
For these kids, that hasn’t meant taking the foot off the pedal on their training. We’ve seen them dropping into classes with mom and dad (even the bright and early ones).
From “start them young” to “it’s never too late to get started”. We’re proud to have an environment people feel safe to train in and a community they want to be part of.

Once in awhile, we like to challenge ourselves and our athletes with unconventional movements to push our minds and our bodies outside the comfort zone.
This past weekend at the Raincity Classic, some of us played it cool holding a wall sit while our partners did a sit up to wall ball overhead. Some of us did not.
