structor, Larry and is co taught by Sifu Khoe’s student Jeremy (also taught by one of Sifu Khoe’s early students) and administered by another one of Sifu Khoe’s students, Chris. As this is a student club we have a student executives that help us to run and maintain the clubs continued functioning. Sifu Khoe used to say Wing Chun is the best engineered martial art. As legend has it this system was created during the Qing dynasty by two women as a way to defend against larger and stronger opponents. As such this system is highly adaptive to different people and does not require the practitioner to be an amazing athlete, physically strong and/or flexible, but a willingness to learn how to apply body mechanics and physics to recycle the attackers energy directly back into them along the center line. We focus on practical applications over fancy movements and view this art more as a philosophy of movement than a set of golden rules.
