I learned the hard way that not facing your fears can create much bigger problem down the road.

I think it’s vital to establish what success truly means to us before setting our goals. For me success isn’t just acquiring the things I want but also being able to sustain it.

It’s a privilege to suffer. My suffering always brings me closer to God and people that has experienced thesame thing. The very least it makes me more compassionate to understand that everyone is struggling and I need to be kind.

What’s more important?

Whatever weakness or fear you have that’s holding you back from reaching your goals, you’re better off finding the courage to face it instead of giving in to it.

It might feel safer to hide away, but that only keeps you stuck. Facing it head-on will be uncomfortable, but that’s how you grow.

David has come a long way in just under a month. From being sedentary we’ve slowly built up his consistency in the gym to the point it’s becoming a lifestyle, but his biggest struggle right now is his nutrition, especially hitting his protein intake.

We’re constantly working on implementing systems to improve that and make sure the changes are sustainable.

David is very driven, focused, and hardworking, and I believe that by the end of this program, he’ll be a completely different person. Stay tuned.
