A week of football in Málaga 🇪🇸⚽️

Over seven days, our All-Star players selected from across Canada trained with La Liga coaches, played three friendly matches, and experienced Spanish football and culture firsthand.

The players also had the opportunity to learn from the UBC coaching staff during training sessions and watch UBC Women’s Soccer during their pre-season in Spain.

Throughout the week, the Sporting Director of Madrid CFF was present to watch the girls during training and matches.

Thank you to all the players who joined us in Málaga and to everyone involved in making the week possible.

That’s a wrap in Spain 🇪🇸⚽️

An incredible week in Málaga for our All-Star players and UBC Women’s Soccer, alongside the coaches and staff who made it all possible.

Across the week, players trained in a professional environment, competed in three matches, experienced Spanish football firsthand, and spent time exploring the local culture. Just as importantly, they shared the experience as a group, building relationships on and off the pitch.

For our All-Star players, the week also provided an opportunity to be evaluated and seen within the Spanish football environment.

Thank you to every player, coach, staff member and family who was part of the experience. A great group and a memorable week in Spain. 🇨🇦🇪🇸

WVFC Rangers 2012 from West Vancouver Football Club are heading to Manchester. 🏴⚽️

The team shares what they’re looking forward to ahead of a week immersed in one of England’s biggest football cities.

The Rangers will train at the Etihad Campus with Manchester City coaches, experience the club’s facilities, and watch Manchester City play.

Away from the pitch, they’ll explore Manchester, experience the football culture of the city and England, and take part in team activities throughout the trip.

A full week of football, culture, and time together as a team ahead. ✈️⚽️
