Helping Spirit Lodge Society is the leading Aboriginal women's organization in the Lower Mainland to alleviate family violence and enhance community wellness through a traditional, holistic approach. Such resources include our transition house, second stage housing, third stage/ subsidized housing and an employment program.

Thank you for the beautiful Full Moon Ceremony this evening 🌕

It was so beautiful to gather together and see so many of our relatives in attendance. Thank you to everyone who came to share space, culture, healing, and connection with us.

May we continue to walk together in strength, healing, and love.

The Second-Stage Program coordinator of Spirit Way is responsible for the planning, coordination, administration, and overall leadership of the Spirit Way Second Stage Program. The coordinator ensures the effective day-to-day operation of the program in a professional, culturally safe, and efficient manner while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Helping Spirit Lodge Society’s mission, values, goals, policies, and philosophy.

The coordinator provides leadership and oversight to staff and program operations to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded supports for Indigenous women and families transitioning toward safety, healing, independence, and long-term housing stability.
