Ride a bike, hike a trail, run a route, drink a beer! Best done with friends. BC Beer Demons is based upon an easy premise of life.
Have a great ride, hike, or adventure, with a cold beer with friends, and do it as enjoyably evil as possible. Events are planned throughout the year that promote getting out and working up a sweat. This may be on the bike, on foot, on the road, on the trails, or a combination of everything. The BC Beer Demons are about adventures at all skill and fitness levels with the motto that 'no one is left behind'.

Trek to BC Pen is being planned so we can visit a new pub.

Leaving Holdom Skytrain station at Saturday April 27 @9:30am and walking the Central Valley Greenway. Google Maps says it will be about 3 hours and 13kms (I feel we will be faster than that). The plan would then be to Skytrain back.
