Every camper receives instruction tailored to where they are in their swimming journey and is challenged appropriately to continue progressing with their skills and confidence in the water.
Along the way, we mix in games and activities that keep learning fun while giving every skill a purpose.

Beyond Swim Hub, campers also enjoy Movement Hub, where they develop physical literacy, Growth Hub, where they build confidence and belief in themselves, and Creative Hub, where they explore artistic expression, all alongside inspiring guest leaders, including Olympians and other incredible mentors.

Todayโs Creative Hub featured storytelling and acting with Rhonda Darch. ๐๐ญ
Rhonda shared The Unstoppable, Unpoppable Thought Bubble, the childrenโs book she co-authored with her daughter, Poppy. Through a simple imaginative story, it helps children explore big emotions and busy thoughts, encouraging them to recognize their feelings, talk about them, and discover that every emotion has a place.
Afterwards, the kids took turns acting out different feelings and emotions while the rest of the group guessed what they were expressing. It was so nice to see everyone laughing, participating, and getting involved together.

There were reaction games, wall walks, core challenges, partner games, and plenty of laughs along the way! ๐คฉ
Movement Hub is all about getting kids moving, trying new things, building confidence, and having fun together.
We also loved seeing some of the kids who were hesitant at first gain the confidence to give things a try by the end of class.
