It's never too early or too late to begin your strength training journey!
Our SGST Program program works because it follows the well known principles of:
*Consistency* - you will need to make a committment to working out with your Crew 2x per week on set days and times for a minimum of 6 weeks
*Progressive Overload* - you will be keeping track of your progress throughout the weeks with small, steady, thoughtful increases in resistence, sets, reps that are programmed and documented.
You will work on all the basic human body movements: squats, lunges, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries, and rotations/antirotations using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands and other resistence equipment.
