A little TT Training Camp recap! 🌳🌳

We started Day 1 off strong with a plyo session from the lovely ! After a hard fought scrim (thanks !) in the brutal wind, we all ran some very serious fitness. The task was to carry every team member back and forth, while every other team member remained touching them (which we followed to a T btw). Day 1 ended off with some goal making, culture setting, and some more super serious team bonding competitions.

Day 2 we lost half our team to and then had to play against them 😢 We definitely learned a lot and built some more team chemistry so thank you FY! We also couldn’t miss celebrating Pen’s birthday of course .blackberry 🥳🎉

Overall it was a fun and productive weekend and we are looking forward to this season! Stay tuned for roster announcement 👀

We’re so excited to announce that Jojo will be the head coach to lead TT for the 2026 season! Jojo has an extensive resume playing and coaching nationally and internationally.

Her experience will build on TT’s culture of working hard, playing for each other and creating a competitive environment for balanced mixed frisbee.

Our focus for this season will be instilling discipline and resilience while encouraging creativity and adaptability.

During tryouts, both teams may extend offers. Players may receive one or more offers, and the final decision will be THEIRS to make. We encourage players to consider factors such as coaching style, team culture, and overall fit when making their choice.
