Dojo students are always encouraged to keep up with their training while exploring the world. Recently two Karate students documented how they kept up their kata skills while in Europe. By a fun coincidence both of them took photos with postures from Pinan Sandan.

This last weekend Dojo students had the special opportunity to train with a couple gifted guest instructors. Big thanks to Corbin and Carey Sensei for sharing their passion and knowledge of Kobudo.

Each summer the Dojo holds classes outside. The great trees, greenery, and blue sky enhance the experience greatly.

Twice a year the Dojo holds a Karate grading. Students present Kata, basics, and even write an essay to complete their grading requirements. These events demonstrate the spirit of the Dojo and the training. More so they showcase the best of humanity.

When students of the Dojo travel they are encouraged to keep training and to send back pics of the beautiful and unique places they get to train in. Here a Tai Chi Chuan student works on his form along the shores of the Arabian Sea at Fort Kochi, and in the coastal Gnat mountains of western India. ☯️👊🙏
