Jazz is an art form rooted in African American vernacular styles, and its early spaces—such as cabarets, speakeasies, and rent parties in 1920s Harlem provided a haven for Black le****ns, gay men, and gender-nonconforming individuals. The taboo nature of jazz music closely aligned with the taboos of the q***r community, making jazz clubs some of the earliest racially integrated and gender-diverse spaces

What makes heels dance so special? It’s a blend of moves for the African and Latin diaspora, exotic dancers, and can incorporate many styles such as ballroom, jazz, and hip hop. Heels dance is all about finding your confidence through self expression and feeling good in your body, however that looks. So what are you waiting for? Come experience the magic for yourself!
