It ended with me 🤍🙏🇵🇭

Over 14% of young Canadians 🇨🇦 are unemployed right now.

And yet… we’re still sending our kids into a system that was designed for a world that no longer exists.

A world where
→ one job = security
→ working hard = success
→ school = preparation for life

But today?
AI can do in seconds what people used to get paid for.

Entire industries are shifting.
And the rules around money have changed.

So as parents… we have to ask ourselves:
Are we equipping our kids for the future — or for the past?

Because financial literacy isn’t just about saving money anymore.

It’s about understanding how money is created.

Entrepreneurship teaches them:
✨ confidence
✨ problem-solving
✨ ownership
✨ how to create income — not wait for it

This is bigger than business.

This is about raising kids who feel capable in any economy.

My girls and me are so excited to share about what we’re doing inside 🚀💰

….Where kids can get the financial education they need, while starting their own business… with a roadmap, a community and mentorship! 🙏

🥰 Please tag a mama if you know she’d get it 🧿 it’s time to do something about it.

🚀✨🔥💰 We launched at - and these are 5 money lessons my daughter learned (in her own words), after selling her skin-care products, for the first time! 👇🏽

(1) “You can make money doing what you love”
➔ She’s going to grow up knowing that “a job” isn’t the only way to make money. Hallelujahhhh 🙌

(2) “It’s scary to talk to strangers at first, but after you do it, it’s not that bad…”
➔ She’s going to grow up having strong communication skllls, that outbeats a degree or a passing mark, in the real world.

(3) “Not everyone wants what I make.”
➔ She’s learning how to handle rejection - instead of seeking validation. (Nobody teaches this!)

(4) “I’m going to invest everything I made, I don’t need anything right now.”
➔ She’s already learning how to be responsible with money - and excited to invest 🤯 She’s 10.

(5) “I am proud of myself.”
➔ This one cracked me opennnn 🥹🥲 The confidence she’s developing through her creativity is… priceless.

There is no greater gift 🎁 we can give to our child than to set them up in environments that stimulate their creativity and call on them to share their passions and light

It’s the financial education they need to trust in their ability to generate that not only protects their financial future -

🔥🧿 But fuels them with the fire they need to cast a vision…

And see it through.

If you’re committed to your child’s financial success, nurturing their curiosity and seeing them thrive —

We invite you to join the 6-Week KIDPRENEUR Challenge, where creativity builds confidence and ideas turn into income. 🚀✨🔥💰

Enrolment is now open. We start May 27th.

📌 Many parents don’t realize that Canada offers free government grants when you open an RESP for your child. 🇨🇦

Once your child has a valid SIN, you may qualify for:

✅ CESG – the government adds 20% on your contributions, up to $7,200 per child

✅ CLB – up to $2,000 for families who qualify, even if you don’t contribute your own money

The earlier you open an RESP, the more time your savings and grants have to grow 📈

I cover this + so much more, in my new MINI COURSE for Canadians: SHE INVESTS Mini Course 🇨🇦

Everyone attending will have an opportunity to apply for a 1:1 Complimentary Financial Strategy session with me and my team at — no charge.

🤍 Let’s get you paying less in taxes & building compounding wealth 📈

04/02/2026

🎯 Comment “MINI COURSE” to learn exactly how to use these accounts to reduce tax, grow and save money 🇨🇦

🔑 FHSA
Tax benefits: By depositing money in a FHSA, you’ll reduce your taxable income and save on taxes. FHSA earnings are tax-free.

Use for: The FHSA is specifically designed to help you save for the purchase of your first home. While withdrawals are tax-free, they become taxable if you withdraw money for a purpose other than buying a home.

🔑 TFSA
Tax benefits: TFSA earnings are tax-free.

Use for: Saving and investing for short or medium-term projects. TFSAs aren’t tied to a specific savings goal, and contributions aren’t tax-deductible. You can withdraw money from your TFSA for any type of short- or medium-term project. This makes it more flexible and straightforward than other savings plans.

🔑 RRSP
Tax benefits: By contributing to an RRSP, you’ll reduce your taxable income and save on taxes.

Use for:
Retirement: RRSPs allow you to save for retirement over the long term. The funds are not taxed until you withdraw them from your account, making it more advantageous to withdraw them at retirement when your income is lower.

🔑 RESP
Tax benefits: You’ll receive grants from the federal and provincial governments when you contribute to your child(ren)’s RESP. The federal government offers the Canada Education Savings Grant (CESG), which amounts to 20% of the first $2,500 ($500) per year, up to a maximum of $7,200. Provincial and territorial grants vary from region to region. Money deposited in an RESP grows tax-free.

Use for: Your child’s post-secondary education. The RESP is designed to help you save for your child’s post-secondary education. Only a portion of the money will be taxed upon withdrawal.

🔑 High Interest Savings Account

Tax benefits: This type of account has no tax advantages, but it allows you to grow your money at an attractive interest rate and keep it in an easy-to-access account.

Use for: Emergency funds and short-term savings.

🇨🇦 Taxes are not sexy = BUT it can be a wealth building opportunity, if you start planning now 💅

Most people think tax season is just about filing paperwork…
but it’s actually one of the biggest opportunities to improve your financial strategy.

Here are 3 things many Canadians don’t realize:

1️⃣ The deadline matters.
For most Canadians, taxes are due April 30. Missing the deadline can trigger penalties and interest with the CRA.

2️⃣ Filing taxes isn’t just about paying the government.
Your tax return determines eligibility for benefits like the Canada Child Benefit, GST credits, and other programs.

No filing = potentially missing thousands.

3️⃣ The accounts you invest in can dramatically change your taxes. TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, and non-registered accounts are all taxed differently.

Choosing the right one can mean keeping far more of your money.

❌ Most people were never taught how the Canadian financial system actually works — which is exactly why I created SHE INVESTS.

Inside the mini course, I walk you through:
✨ How investing and taxes work together
✨ How to choose the right accounts
✨ How to start building wealth strategically in Canada

If you want to understand how to invest smarter and reduce taxes, this mini course is for you.

🔗 Link in bio - we start April 8th 🔐
