Stroller Fitness season starts at the Roundhouse today. Wednesdays 10:45-11:45am.

Meet in the lobby outside the dance studio. Class one we will do our warm up behind the community centre in case anyone is running a few minutes late. The. We will head to the seawall by crossing drake, walking between the school and the playground, and going left on the seawall.

We stop/go until about bosleys and double back. Core and stretch will be indoors in the roundhouse dance studio.

Thank you for 20 amazing years! We are now offering a limited number of classes at the Roundhouse Community Centre only.

The pandemic hit us hard. We couldn't keep up with the constant changes physically, mentally or financially. We want to thank our dedicated instructors who stayed as long as they could and our participants who also had to continuously pivot.

We have also closed our instructor training program. Thank you to all the instructors who trained with us over the years. It was our pleasure.

Our website was designed for our former way of doing business and we aim to replace it with something simpler in the near future. We have deleted all irrelevant pages in the meantime.

For those who might be wondering.....founder and instructor Melanie Osmack made a career change and is now working as a director in the non-profit industry. She still teaches 1-2 classes/week at the Roundhouse. Her son is now in university and her daughter is in grade 11. The very first Fit 4 Two babies were born in 2003. 20 years sure flies by.
