We had an amazing opportunity to race in 🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰. We didn’t quite steal the moon this time, but Firetruck enjoyed running around taking in the rain, humidity and sweat. We were glistening ✨

As always, we had a great time on the race grounds. Overall, Firetruck placed 5th in the mixed category, but this isn’t going to deter us from wanting more. We only had two heats and we made it count. Furthermore, we are confidently bringing that boat feel and more to our next race‼️

🚒🚒🚒 First dragon boat race of the season! We had a blast at Burnwater basking in the sun, and seeing all the teams come together for the start of race season. With the next race in less than a month, we’re eager to keep training and pushing to new limits🔥

Congratulations to all the winning teams across all divisions and to those who hit a new time, and new paddlers getting to experience their first race! These are amazing feats ☺️

Over the weekend, Firetruck raced in the sunniest conditions at Kan-U-Hakit! Our boats gave it their all, taking in feedback and improving in each heat. We couldn’t be more proud of each other. 🚒🚒🚒
