Here’s a *broad* overview of what I teach for you to consider before you sign up.
YOGA - Yoga is an ancient practice, originating in India, that aims to connect your body, mind and consciousness through physical movements, breath awareness and meditation. Different styles of yoga will focus more or less on any of above techniques, but the goal for all is well-being and self-realization.
HOT YOGA - Any style of yoga practiced in a heated environment. This can be infrared heat (my personal favorite), forced air or a part of the world that is naturally hot outdoors. These classes are often heated to between 97-103F (36-40C), but some studios have HEATED classes (rather than HOT) that may be in the 82-89F (28-32C) range. You can always call the studio (or ask me, your teacher, directly) to confirm the heat or lack of for the class you are interested in.
BEACH YOGA - The title says it all! Bonus points if also practiced at sunset.
MAT PILATES - An unbranded system of spine mobility and controlled core exercises created in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates. Mat Pilates is performed on a mat, often choreographs breath with movement and (the way I teach it) has the goal of moving the torso through space with stability, intelligence and grace.
GROUP CLASSES - Any of the above taught in a group, often at a studio.
PRIVATE CLASSES - One on one guidance at an agreed upon location (studio, gym, home, online).
SPECIAL CLASSES - A group class that adds something a little different to your regular practice. We might include a themed playlist, massage, sound bath, brand collaboration giveaways or even costumes.
WORKSHOPS - A chance to deep-dive into a specific subject. This year I’ve taught Arm Balance and Headstand workshops. I’m guiding a Handstand Workshop Series all summer (link in bio).
See you in class soon!

Ask any career dancer, when you are already flexible, stretching isn’t enough. You can wrap your leg behind your shoulders and still have tight hamstrings to the point of pain affecting performance. So how do dancers take care of their sore, tight, sometimes injured muscles when stretching further just isn’t helpful? One way is the trusty roller ball - we all have one or five in our dance bags! A tennis ball, lacrosse ball - my favorite is cork - ready to rescue in any 10 min break. Ball rolling is a very targeted type of self-massage combined with pressure point, overstretching and even scar tissue realignment performed much like yin yoga; with long holds and deep breaths. It’s like getting a full body adjustment and deep tissue massage and *you* decide how deep/how far/how long so you’re always in control.
I’m gifting you the dancer’s roller ball secrets and techniques in my upcoming workshop:
