✨ Meet the newest addition to The Prøgram team — Louise Summers 💙

Louise is joining us as our new Gym Attendant & Trainer, bringing positive energy, a passion for strength and functional fitness, and a coaching style focused on helping people feel strong, capable, and confident. Her approach is all about creating challenging, supportive experiences that empower members to feel proud of what their bodies can do.

Starting in July, Louise will also be leading the return of our Sunday classes to the schedule! 🎉 Sunday sessions are back, with times at 10am & 11am and we will also be adding classes on Thursday at 8am & 9:30am!

The next chapter of The Strength Prøgram starts now. After 4 weeks of building endurance and laying the foundation, we’re stepping into the Hypertrophy Phase — designed to increase strength and stimulate muscle growth.

💪 Increased muscle-building focus

🎉 5 years of The Prøgram. Five years of community, growth, hard work, and showing up together.

This milestone isn’t just about us — it’s about every member, coach, and person who has been part of this journey. To celebrate and say thank you, we’re excited to announce our Client Appreciation Day with The Prøgram family at a Vancouver Canadians baseball game ⚾💙

📅 Saturday, July 11th

🍻 Pre-Game Social at The Prøgram
🕒 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Enjoy drinks, snacks, and time with the community before we head to the ballpark.

⚾ Vancouver Canadians Game
🕔 First pitch at 5:00 PM

🎟️ The first 50 eligible members to respond via social media, email, or in person will receive a FREE ticket to the game!

To qualify for a free ticket, you must have attended at least one session at The Prøgram in 2026.

Additional tickets for family and friends will be available for $22 each.

Through focused breathing and controlled, intentional movement, RESTORE helps regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and support long-term injury prevention.

Led by Kevin Clarke, classes are rooted in mindful movement and built around breath, stability, alignment, and sustainable strength. Drawing from his background in movement and yoga, Kevin creates an experience that feels both grounding and physically engaging — helping you reconnect with your body and move with greater ease.

🔥 Meet our newest Personal Trainer - Mikala Condon 🔥

With nearly a decade of experience supporting the East Vancouver community through fitness, Mikala brings a powerful mix of knowledge, compassion, and real-world strength to The Prøgram. 👊

Her background includes:
🏋️ Weight lifting
🥊 Boxing
🤼 Wrestling
🏐 Volleyball
✨ Pole dancing

But training goes far beyond exercise.

Using somatic cueing, pre/rehab strategies, trauma-informed coaching, and a feelings-centered approach, she creates a safe space where clients can learn, grow, and build real confidence.

Her mission is simple:
