USFW Inc is dedicated to providing, education, information, quality products and resources for the benefit of women and their families.

A few years ago, we were sitting on a trip talking about what we wanted the next chapter of our lives to look like.

That conversation became WolfePride Productions.

What started as an idea turned into a film, distribution, and one of Hulu's top movies.

Jeff and I share the full story of building something together, betting on ourselves, and co-creating a life neither of us could have imagined.

Where integrity meets compassion, amazing things happen.
Today I want to celebrate some very special people who are making a difference through their work, their character, and their hearts.
Congratulations to Jenn and Jeff Wolfe of Wolfe-Pride Productions. We recently had the pleasure of seeing them featured on the set of The McCord List, and watching their journey unfold has been inspiring. Their film was picked up by streaming platforms despite circumstances that would have caused many people to quit.
What stands out most isn't simply their success—it's how they approach entertainment. Jenn and Jeff understand that great entertainment can be both meaningful and impactful. They lead with integrity, values, purpose, and a genuine desire to tell stories that matter. We are absolutely thrilled to now call them friends of Ambassadors of Compassion North America.
A special thank you to our dear friend Sammy Maloof and the entire Maloof family from Drive Hard: The Maloof Way for making the introduction. Sammy has been a personal friend and a wonderful friend of Ambassadors of Compassion for years. He continually reminds us that success is best when it is shared and that relationships matter.
Thank you as well to Rachel McCord, Rick Schirmer, and The McCord List, whose show reaches more than 117 million homes through multiple streaming platforms. Beyond the impressive reach, what I admire most is their commitment to highlighting people of character, integrity, and purpose.
I often joke that Rachel and Rick let me act like their volunteer producer because I'm constantly sending guests and story ideas their way (still waiting for my producer credit! 😂). But in all seriousness, I am grateful for the trust they place in those recommendations and for their willingness to showcase people who are making a positive difference in the world.
One lesson I've learned over the years is simple: when someone makes an introduction, never drop the ball. Follow through. Be respectful of the trust that was extended. You never know where a relationship may lead, whose life may be impacted, or what opportunities may be created through a simple introduction handled with integrity.
Every person mentioned here—Jenn, Jeff, Rachel, Rick, Sammy, and the Maloof family—shares a common thread: a heart for people and a desire to use their influence to serve others.
That is exactly what Ambassadors of Compassion is all about.

Grateful for these friendships. Grateful for people who keep their word. Grateful for those who understand that influence is most powerful when it is used to lift others.

What good does a Rolodex list of connections and friends in entertainment do if they’re not meant to share and expand the reach for others. 💜

Some friendships span decades. Some leave a legacy.
My friendship with LeiLani has now spanned more than 35 years, and I couldn't be more proud of the woman, leader, and visionary she has become.
Long before clean beauty became a trend, LeiLani was creating products rooted in purity, integrity, and wellness. Back in the late 1990s, we invited Sweet LeiLani Cosmetics on Breakfast Television filmed from my home, and even then she was years ahead of the industry.

Today, Sweet LeiLani Cosmetics continues its commitment to healthy beauty from the inside out—offering clean, vegan, cruelty-free products made with carefully selected ingredients that women can feel confident using on themselves and their families.
Their mission has never been simply about looking beautiful; it's about helping women feel healthy, empowered, and confident in their own skin.
What makes me even prouder is LeiLani’s heart. Over the years she has generously donated countless hours helping burn survivors, supporting those facing challenging skin conditions, assisting breast cancer survivors through restorative services, and helping women experiencing hair loss regain confidence during difficult seasons of life. Her compassion touched my own family when she lovingly cared for my sister during her cancer journey.
So imagine my delight today when I received a message the message from my own adopted daughter, Rachel McCord and saw these two remarkable women together on set in Los Angeles.
Rachel and Rick McCord are like family to us, and it is such a joy watching purpose-driven leaders come together to support one another and amplify women-owned businesses making a difference.
The McCord List Media Network now reaches more than 117 million connected-TV households and continues to grow its platform for purpose-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, and changemakers.
Seeing Sweet LeiLani Cosmetics featured through a platform with that kind of reach is exciting, but even more exciting is knowing that the values behind the brand remain exactly the same as they were 35 years ago: integrity, compassion, quality, and service.
Congratulations, LeiLani. I love you dearly and am so proud to call you my friend.
Please join me in celebrating both Sweet LeiLani Cosmetics and The McCord List for shining a light on businesses that are making a meaningful impact in the world.

🚦 Managing Me: The Purpose of Stop Signs
I've been thinking about stop signs lately.
In a perfect world, perhaps we wouldn't need them. We would naturally slow down, look around, consider others, and make wise choices. We would move through life's intersections with awareness, care, and consideration.
But stop signs serve a purpose.
They remind us to pause.
They remind us that sometimes we need an external cue to do what our internal awareness should already be encouraging us to do.
I've learned that my most important job isn't managing others.
It's managing me.
My thoughts.
My reactions.
My motives.
My choices.
The older I get, the more I realize that growth isn't about controlling what comes out of someone else. It's about taking responsibility for what comes out of me.
And believe me, I've had plenty of moments where my outward responses reflected work I still needed to do on the inside.
That's why I appreciate the lesson of the stop sign.
Every pause is an opportunity to strengthen my awareness, exercise integrity, choose compassion, and ask myself:
💙 Am I responding from love, wisdom, and understanding—or am I simply reacting?
My hope is that over time these lessons become part of who I am. That even if the stop sign were gone, I would still pause. I would still look. I would still consider others.
Because true character isn't about what we do when we're being directed.
It's about who we become when no one is watching.
✨ Managing Me. My most important job is to manage me.

Written with help from AI, but these are my thoughts , my stories!
