Established since 2008. Westside is an amazing community that comes together through fitness.
Westside Group Classes
Our 60 minute group classes are designed to build strength, improve your conditioning, increase strength balance in your body so you move better and prevent injury, and are guided by a certified Westside Coach who cares about you and your growth weekly!
01 The WARM UP is designed to prepare your body for the session that day. It is focused on more than warming up your body, it also targets and preps joints, tissues, and patterns you are going to use for the hour.
02 The STRENGTH section includes one primary lift pattern: Squat, Hinge, Push or Pull. Loads are built upon weekly and weights are tracked with our online workout app so you progress safely and effectively.
03 The CONDITIONING section is all about increasing your heart rate and pushing your limits. Expect to be motivated and inspired by your supportive community and the Coach. Workouts are modified to all levels of fitness so each person gets a great workout and everyone completes the workout together.
04 The COOL DOWN section includes stretches focused around the muscles we just used in class.
Each class is designed to move you forward in your fitness weekly. All you need to do is show up, do the work, and have some fun!
