What is Concussion and Post concussion Care?

Concussions (also known as a mild traumatic brain injury) are an injury to the brain which can occur due to a direct or indirect blow to the head. Concussions usually self-resolve within 1-2 weeks, however, in some cases, individuals can experience persistent symptoms that linger for a longer period.

Some benefits are:
- Decrease headaches, dizziness
- Increase mental awareness
- Regulation of sleep cycles
- Decrease fatigue
- Increase balance
- Stabilization in the mood

What is cancer rehabilitation?
