We are an educated and dedicated team of personal trainers, Kin’s & AT’s in the heart of Vancouver

Co-owned by two professional personal trainers with over 20+ combined years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Both owners were athletes in their respective sports of boxing and varsity soccer and have both coached with one of the leading soccer academies in Vancouver. You will see them working hard on their client programs, coaching their team of fitness professionals, and hiking/ exploring BC with the beloved gym dog, Luna, in their spare time.
