Introducing our 15U Women’s Coaching Staff 🌲

We’re excited to welcome our 15U coaching staff for the upcoming season!

Leading the team is Head Coach Emily, a teacher with a passion for athlete development. Her expertise lies in developing young athletes and refining setting skills, where she has made a strong impact through specialized clinics and team coaching. She is committed to helping athletes build confidence, strong fundamentals, and a lifelong love of the game.

Joining her is Cassidy, who moves to the 15U program after coaching our 17U and 18U athletes over the past two seasons. Cassidy brings exceptional technical knowledge and believes success is built on a foundation of hard work, discipline, and mutual respect. She strives to create an environment where athletes are encouraged to push their limits while maintaining a genuine love for the game.

We’re also excited to welcome Sofia, an Evergreen alumna who begins her coaching journey this season. Sofia has a natural gift for creating a joyful, welcoming team culture where athletes feel connected, supported, and excited to come to the gym each day. We’re proud to see former athletes giving back to the next generation and continuing to strengthen the Evergreen community.

Founded by teachers, coaches, and former collegiate athletes, we are intentionally building something different — a place where athletes, coaches, and families feel seen, supported, challenged, and valued.

We heading into Nationals ranked Alberta 10 and are ready to compete May 21–23 at the BMO Centre.

A season built on growth and undeniable team culture. This group stepped into one of the toughest levels in the province and continued to compete, respond, and rise together all season long.
