Joyful Joy has closed the studio after 17 years and taken her teaching on the road. I continue to offer classes and private yoga throughout Colchester, NS.
[email protected] Award winning studio in the heart of yoga in downtown Truro, Nova Scotia. This locally owned studio on Inglis Place offers yoga for beginners, healing, flow, natal, mom & babe classes teacher training & many specialized workshops.

One week from today Joyful Joy hits the road again- Thursday September 3rd will be the start of the Fall schedule. We reconvene on the mat in Truro at the NSCC *new location.
Brookfield, Bible Hill and Stewiacke classes start back the following week after our long weekend.
