Santa Claus is coming to town!!
Watch and listen for our firetrucks on Christmas Eve as we take Santa for his annual tour through the town!
The Santa Tracker will also be up and running again this year so you can follow along to know when he's close by! Check back on Christmas Eve around 5pm for the link!!

Re: Holiday Food Drive 2022
Today some of our Public Works crew dropped off the donations collected for our annual Holiday Food Drive in support of the Pictou County Food Bank East. To keep the donations dry with today’s rainy weather, we put everything in the back of the truck & filled it up from door to door! We are so grateful for your generosity & kindness year after year. Thank you Trenton!

PICTOU COUNTY FOOD BANK EAST:
All items collected will be donated to the Pictou County Food Bank East, located at 410 Granville Street, New Glasgow. Food Bank Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am to 11:30am.

We have extended our food drive a little longer! We will be delivering the donations to the food bank on Monday morning so you still have today to drop off donations at Town Hall (120 Main Street) before 4:00pm or drop off at the Trenton Rink (75 Park Road) this weekend during operating hours. Tis the Season for Giving

This holiday season the Town of Trenton will once again be collecting non-perishable food items, toiletries & baby items to donate to the Pictou County Food Bank East. The last day to donate will be December 14, 2022.

Donations will be accepted at the Trenton Rink (75 Park Rd.) during operational hours or at Town Hall (120 Main St.) during public office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Consider dropping off your donation in reusable bags which are always needed.

Some of the high demand items include:
- Soup & Stew
- Canned Meat & Fish
- Canned Fruit & Vegetables
- Peanut Butter
- Pasta
- Rice
- Cereal
- Baby Food
