Going to the gym, but not making progress?
Before you change your program, double down on your ex*****on of the plan that you currently have.
For the next seven days, complete all five of these pillars of success.
1. Hit at least 150 g of protein per day over three meals and two snack snacks.
2. Walk 10 minutes after each meal to improve nutrition uptake & balance blood sugar.
3. Hit a mini PR every workout. This could be as simple as adding one repetition to each of your working sets.
4. Sleep before 10 PM for seven nights in a row. The benefits from this one suggestion may completely shock you.
5. Track and measure every meal for the next five days.
