​Huge shoutout to Christina! You are absolutely crushing it.

​Christina started out with our 12-Week Challenge last September, and here we are now 115 classes deep. She’s transformed her fitness and made some serious strength gains.

​No matter the workout, she always brings the best positive energy to every session. This is what makes Cort Fitness so special, the amazing community of people that we have.

​Up next, she’s set a new challenge: the HYROX relay.

Locked in for HYROX Toronto?

​The biggest mistake first-timers make (including myself)? Treating it like a normal running race and forgetting how heavy your legs feel after sleds and burpees.

​You need a plan, and here’s a great split to get you started:

​🏋️ 1-2 Full Body Strength Sessions (Start with 1 and build up)
​⚡️1 HYROX Specific Workout (Practice compromised running)
​🏃‍♂️2-3 Runs (Establish your aerobic base and build your engine)

​This is the foundation. As the race gets closer, your workouts will change. Increase the time of your runs, and dial up the intensity of your workouts. Plan a few simulations and you’ll be ready!

​HYROX Toronto is 16 weeks away. You have plenty of time to prepare but you should start now.

​That’s where our classes comes in. At Cort Fitness, we host full-body strength workouts and HYROX-specific sessions. We cap it at just 6-8 members per class, keeping you supported and on track to reach your goals.

​We currently host 3 HYROX classes a week, and and all fitness levels are welcome:

​🗓Tuesday 5:30am with Valerian
​🗓Wednesday 7pm with Andrew
​🗓Saturday 11am with Andrew

🎉 April Member Appreciation

​Shoutout to Stephanie, an absolute standout in our community!

​We started 1-on-1 training back in September 2023, and the moment the gym opened in October 2024, she jumped straight into our small group classes.

​She’s completely transformed over the past two and a half years. Dropped body fat sustainably while building muscle, getting STRONG and it shows!

​We’re talking strict chin ups, pushups, heavy lifts, and over 160 classes completed.

​What stands out most is her consistency. She shows up, puts in the work, and sets the standard every single week.
