As we say goodbye to summer we will be closed this friday Sept 4th to the labour day holiday Sept 7th and reopening Tuesday Sept 8th for regular hours.

The Flock is proud to welcome Professor Dainis Nguyen for an exclusive seminar!

Professor Dainis is a decorated BJJ black belt and judoka who has seamlessly integrated Judo into his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to create an amazing, dynamic system on the mats. He is an accomplished competitor and the owner and head coach of DNA BJJ, a top competitive academy in Whitby, Ontario.

  - Eligibility: Open to Flock Adults, teens, older kids in our kids program and anyone in the BJJ community who would like to come and join our community for a night of learning.
