A BRAND NEW PROGRAM BLOCK starts this week. 🔥
This is your first opportunity to familiarize yourself with the new movements, understand the intention behind each session, and begin building the technical foundations we’ll progress over the coming weeks.
We’ll be introducing our new compound movement focuses, including the Barbell Conventional Deadlift and Barbell Military Press, alongside a full week of strength, conditioning, mobility, and team-based training.
Here’s what’s ahead:
🔥 Monday — SHRED
💪 Tuesday — STRENGTH Upper Body
⚡ Wednesday — HIIT
🏋️ Thursday — HYPER Lower Body
✨ Friday — BALANCED
🤝 Saturday — CREWFIT
Come ready to learn, move with intention, and establish a strong starting point for the block. The goal this week isn’t to max out—it’s to build confidence, consistency, and movement quality.

That’s a wrap on BFT Eastern’s very first 8 Week Challenge 🎉

Over the past eight weeks, we’ve watched this community show up with energy, commitment and an incredible willingness to learn. You challenged yourselves, supported one another, celebrated the wins and kept moving forward - even on the days when it felt hard.

The results are incredible, but what we’re most proud of is everything behind them: the consistency, the confidence, the new habits, the strength built and the way this community continued to lift each other up.

It has been so special to watch you step outside your comfort zones, discover what you’re capable of and grow together. This may be the end of the challenge, but it is only the beginning of everything you’re building.

A huge thank you to For Health’s Sake for supporting our community throughout the challenge and helping our members feel their best along the way.

100 sessions for Trim! 💯👏

A huge congratulations to Trim on reaching this incredible milestone today. One hundred sessions represents so much hard work, consistency, growth, and commitment - and we’re so proud to celebrate it with him.

Today was also such a great reminder of what makes this community special: members showing up, working hard, encouraging one another, and bringing amazing energy into the studio.

To everyone who has already reached 100 sessions, and to every member currently working toward it, every class counts. We love moving, growing, and celebrating alongside this community.

Here’s to Trim, the next 100, and all the milestones still ahead. ❤️

As the 8 Week Challenge comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the work.

Not just the workouts completed or the boxes checked, but the habits, discipline, consistency, confidence, and mindset you’ve been building along the way.

This final week isn’t about going “all out” or chasing perfection. It’s about recognizing what’s worked, trusting the foundation you’ve created, and carrying those habits forward beyond the challenge.

Take a moment to reflect on what you want to keep bringing with you:

8WC crew - it’s time for your end-of-challenge body scan 💪

Please make sure your final scan is booked and completed before Sunday, July 12th so we can capture your progress and wrap up the challenge properly.

Scanning windows have been added:
📍 Saturday morning before sessions
📍 Sunday from 7:45am–10:00am

Reminder: scans are best done before training, ideally fasted, and under the same conditions as your initial scan.

We’re closing out this block with sessions designed to help you test what you’ve built - strength, control, conditioning, resilience, and the ability to keep showing up with intent.

This week’s lineup includes:
⚡ HIIT — short, sharp, high-output efforts
💪 Upper Body Strength — heavy loads, low reps, strong execution
🔥 XTX — conditioning + resistance under fatigue
🦵 Lower Body HYPER — stability, control, and core strength
🏔️ Summit — steady aerobic output and big engine work

COACH SPOTLIGHT: CARLY 💙🔥

Time to show some love to one of the amazing humans on our coaching team - Carly!

Carly is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer with a background in gymnastics coaching and a lifelong love of movement. Growing up in gymnastics and dance, she developed a passion for athletic performance that eventually led her to strength training, yoga, and breathwork.

On the floor, Carly brings such a fun, supportive, and intentional energy to every session. She loves helping members build strength, confidence, and a stronger connection to their bodies - and you can always count on her to bring the encouragement, the good vibes, and the eye for detail.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her lifting, practicing handstands, or enjoying the outdoors. 🤸‍♀️💪🌻
