NEW COACHES ALERT⚡️🍊
Over the last two months we’ve been training and onboarding new coaches, and we are so excited to have both Rojan and Thomas in our community!🧡
Rojan is a Strength & Conditioning Coach who fell in love with fitness nine years ago and has been pursuing it ever since.
She specializes in building strength, athletic power, and performance, with a focus on quality movement that promotes longevity and helps people get more out of life.
Believing that we’re all capable of more than we realize, Rojan is passionate about challenging herself and others to step outside their comfort zones, do hard things, and discover what’s possible. Fun fact: Rojan is also an Actor!🎭💪
Thomas has always been a lover of sports and activities but sitting all day for work eventually caught up to him. Getting sick of constant little injuries, he decided to reignite this passions and started training seriously about 3 years ago. A year later, he started his coaching journey as he wanted to help others to also move better and feel healthier. Outside of coaching, he’s a big nerd who loves any activity. So if you ever need a sub for volleyball or want to play pickleball in the park, let him know!🏓🙌
