We’d like to find this a home, but it is super-unusual and essentially invisible online.

Schwinn 'Sparta' press-metal bike, not a metal tube on it, looks like single-speed, funny little cafe lock. 'Folding' k**b to turn handlebars sideways.

Would appeal to someone very dedicated to solving a mystery
and restoring a very rare bike.
