Mindset is 🔑

08/19/2026

Imagine putting on your favourite outfit, taking a photo and actually LOVING what you see.

No deleting 20 photos.

No asking your friend to “take another one.”

No hiding at the back.

No scrolling through your camera roll looking for that ONE photo from months ago where you felt good enough to post.

Just you.

Confident. Comfortable. Proud of the woman looking back at you.

Because if we’re being real…

How many times this summer have you avoided a photo because you didn’t feel comfortable in your body?

How many outfits have stayed in the wardrobe because you didn’t feel confident enough to wear them?

How many times have you looked at an old photo and thought:

“I wish I looked like that again.”

And now summer is nearly over, it would be very easy to tell yourself:

“I’ll sort it after summer.”

Then it becomes Christmas.

Then January.

Then suddenly you’re trying to lose weight AGAIN before next summer.

Same cycle. Different year.

I don’t want that for you.

The goal isn’t to spend 8 weeks dieting aggressively so you can feel confident for one holiday.

It’s to build a body, routine and mindset that means you feel good ALL YEAR ROUND.

So next summer you’re not desperately trying to “get ready” for it.

You already are.

Strong.

Confident.

Full of energy.

Wearing what you want.

Taking the photo.

Actually being IN the memories instead of worrying about how you look in them.

And no…

You don’t need to give up meals out.

You don’t need to stop having a social life.

And you definitely don’t need to spend 2 hours a day in the gym.

You need a plan you can actually stick to when life gets busy.

Because when your approach fits your life…

You stop constantly “starting again.”

And THAT is when your results finally become your normal.

So here’s the question…

Are you going to spend another year wishing you’d started sooner?

Or is this the year you finally become the woman you keep saying you want to be? 👀

You can’t avoid it ❗️

This is why nothing changes for you …!

Focusing on the 5%

And ignoring the 95%

If summer has left you feeling like you’ve completely lost your routine… read this 👇

When Isobel first came to me, she was struggling to lose weight and wasn’t seeing the progress she wanted.

She didn’t need another extreme diet.

She didn’t need to train 6 days a week.

And she definitely didn’t need to put her life on hold to get results.

What she needed was structure she could actually stick to.

And that’s exactly what we built.

By the end of our time working together, Isobel had lost around a stone 🙌

But the weight loss was only part of the transformation.

She’d built a routine with her training that she genuinely enjoyed.

She knew how to manage her food without constantly stressing about what she could and couldn’t eat.

And most importantly…

She learned how to stay consistent even when life wasn’t perfectly set up for fat loss.

Isobel regularly travelled away from home during her journey.

Meals were different. Her routine changed. Some weeks were harder than others.

But instead of falling into the old “I’ll start again Monday” cycle, she had the tools to navigate it and keep moving forward.

THAT is the goal.

Because losing weight when everything is perfect is one thing.

Learning how to make progress while still having holidays, weekends away, meals out, kids, work and an actual life?

That’s what makes the results sustainable.

And this time of year is the perfect opportunity to do exactly that.

Summer is coming to an end.

The kids are heading back to school.

Routine is starting to return.

And there are still months left in this year.

You don’t need to write the rest of 2026 off and promise yourself you’ll sort it in January.

Imagine finishing this year lighter, stronger, more confident and finally feeling in control of your routine…

Instead of starting another January wishing you’d started now.

Isobel did it without putting her life on hold.

You can too.

If you’re ready to make the final part of this year count, DM me “STRONG” and let’s chat 💪

🚨 10 ‘HEALTHY’ foods that could be RUINING your calorie deficit… without you realising it 👇

Before someone loses their mind in the comments…

None of these foods are “bad.”

But if you’re in a calorie deficit and the scales haven’t moved for weeks, these are worth paying attention to 👀

🥣 1. Granola
A generous bowl can easily hit 400–500+ calories before adding milk, yoghurt or toppings.

🥜 2. Nut butter
Healthy? Yes. Low calorie? Absolutely not 😂 A couple of generous spoonfuls can add hundreds of calories.

🥑 3. Avocado
Packed with nutrients and healthy fats, but a whole avocado can contain 250–300+ calories.

🫒 4. Olive oil
One tablespoon is around 120 calories. And be honest… are you actually measuring what goes into the pan? 😂

☕ 5. Fancy coffees
Syrups, milk, cream and toppings can turn a “coffee” into several hundred calories.

🥛 6. Full-fat milk
Nothing wrong with it, but switching to a lower-calorie option can save calories without reducing your actual food.

🍯 7. Honey
“Natural” doesn’t mean calorie-free. Those little drizzles throughout the day add up quickly.

🌯 8. Wraps
A wrap isn’t automatically lower calorie than bread. Some large wraps contain 200–300+ calories BEFORE the fillings.

🥤 9. Smoothies & juices
Drinking calories makes it incredibly easy to consume a lot without getting the same fullness as eating whole foods.

🥜 10. Nuts & dried fruit
Nutritious, but very calorie-dense. A few handfuls can quickly become several hundred calories.

The point?

You DON’T need to stop eating these foods.

But stop thinking “healthy” automatically means “good for fat loss.”

You can eat an incredibly nutritious diet and STILL consume too many calories to lose body fat.

If your progress has stalled, don’t immediately slash your calories or add another 5 cardio sessions.

Start by getting honest about what you’re already consuming.

Save this for the next time you’re wondering why your deficit isn’t deficit-ing 😂

Another week in the 💼

This one means a little more than just another progress photo.

Before the first photo, I’d already been in the best shape of my life.

I’d done two photoshoots, pushed myself physically and built a physique I was genuinely proud of.

Then life threw something at me I wasn’t prepared for.

A nerve and spinal injury. A bulged disc in my back. Training became difficult, my routine disappeared and I ended up way off track.

And that was probably harder mentally than physically.

Because when you know what you’re capable of, it’s difficult looking at yourself knowing you’re nowhere near it anymore.

I had two choices.

Feel sorry for myself and keep looking backwards…

Or accept what had happened, see it as another obstacle and start again.

So that’s what I did.

And starting again isn’t easy.

You have to rebuild your routines.
Rebuild your confidence.
Rebuild your fitness.
And most importantly, rebuild the belief that you can get there again.

That’s why the photo on the right means more to me than just being leaner.

It represents getting my head back in the right place and proving to myself that a setback doesn’t have to become your new normal.

Maybe your setback wasn’t an injury.

Maybe it was having kids. A stressful year. A new job. A relationship. Your health. Or simply putting everyone else ahead of yourself for too long.

Whatever it was, you might look at where you are now and feel miles away from the person you used to be.

That doesn’t mean you can’t become that person again, or an even better version of them.

You don’t need to fix everything overnight.

You just need to accept where you are, stop beating yourself up for how you got there and start moving forward again.

For me, the comeback is complete.

The next challenge is adding around 5lbs of lean muscle while maintaining the condition I’ve worked hard to get back.

But this journey has reminded me of something I tell my clients all the time:

Your progress isn’t defined by never getting knocked off track.

It’s defined by what you do when you are.

LFG 🙌🏻
