We showed up with no route, no plan, just a start time and a crew. Turns out that’s exactly how you should experience brand new trails. 🌿

Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area opened this weekend and we were out there opening morning - wetlands, grasslands, fresh shoreline, Lake Ontario at every turn. Years of watching this place get built from the ground up and suddenly we’re running through it. Wild.

If you haven’t been yet, go. It’s brand new, it’s beautiful, and it’s right here.

This is what showing up looks like 💪

2025 was a full body YES.

Boston qualifiers (so many we honestly lost count). PRs. First timers. Breakthrough races. Strong comebacks. Big local marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, and those quiet wins that never make a results post but change you anyway.

Friday Night Lights with the crew, chasing laps and laughing through the burn.
Sunrise speed work when the world was still asleep.
Saturday Social runs that somehow turned into the best part of the week.
And the many solo miles, head down, heart up, putting in work when nobody was watching.

This team did the whole thing: blood, sweat, a few tears, and a ton of grit.
You showed up in the cold, in the heat, in the dark, in the “I’m tired” days, in the “I don’t feel like it” days. You showed up for yourselves and you showed up for each other. That’s what makes this crew different.

We didn’t just get faster this year. We got steadier. Tougher. More confident.
We learned how to train, how to race, how to be patient, how to be brave.
And somewhere between workouts and long runs, we built real friendships that make the miles feel lighter.

Cheers to all of it. To the journey, the effort, the results, and the people beside you.
So grateful to run with this crew.

2026, same hearts. Bigger dreams. 🥂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🖤
