Join us every Saturday at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM for our Partner WODs, where you'll tackle the workout in teams of 2 or 3.

Whether you come with a friend or get paired up in class, it's the perfect way to push each other, have fun, and celebrate every rep together.

๐Ÿ”ฅ One Week In โ€“ Spring Shred Challenge 2026! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Spring Shred Challenge kicked off on June 15, and we want to give a huge shout-out to everyone who signed up and committed to investing in their health.

The first week is all about building momentum. Remember, lasting results come from consistencyโ€”not perfection. Focus on hitting your workouts, prioritizing protein, making good food choices, staying hydrated, and getting quality sleep.

There will be great days and challenging days. Both are part of the process.

Keep showing up. Keep supporting one another. Keep doing the small things that lead to big results.

We're proud of every single one of you for taking on the challenge and can't wait to see what you accomplish over the coming weeks.

Our SXS June Refresh + Social is happening Saturday, June 13 from 1 PM โ€“ 3 PM, followed by food, drinks, and community time at 3 PM.

Teams include:
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Rig & Bars
๐Ÿšด Cardio & Machines
๐Ÿ’ช Dumbbells & Accessories
๐Ÿงน Floors & Facility

Each team will be led by a coach, and everyone will have a role to help refresh the gym before summer.
