Columbus Centre Athletic Club offers a variety of low-impact Aquafit programs designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health in a fun, supportive environment.

Choose from Deep End Aquafitness, focused on core strength and balance, or Arthritic Aqua Training, tailored for participants ages 50+ to improve mobility, flexibility, and joint health.

The countdown is on—there are less than three weeks left to apply for the 2026 Villa Charities Scholarship Program! ⌛⌛

Since launching in 2020, the program has invested $287,000 in scholarships and supported more than 98 outstanding students across Canada. This opportunity is open to students of all backgrounds who share Villa Charities’ mission to enrich lives through experiences and services that honour Italian culture and heritage.

Ten scholarships are available, including five awards of $2,000 for Undergraduate students and five awards of $5,000 for Graduate level students. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2026.

🏓 Our Summer Pickleball House League begins today!

The Columbus Centre Athletic Club is excited to bring back our popular Pickleball House League, just in time for summer. This 10-week league is perfect for building skills, enjoying friendly competition, and meeting fellow players.

Sessions run Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and are open to Members and Non-Members.
