A lifelong mover who grew up dancing and doing gymnastics, Vanessa later found yoga and has been practicing consistently for the past three years. Over the last year, she became certified to teach both yoga and re°former, bringing a thoughtful, supportive approach to every session.

Meet Avery G. 💙

The Input Challenge is officially complete. 🌀💙
Over the past month, we watched this community show up, stay consistent, push through the burn, and commit to themselves one session at a time.
Whether you completed 5 sessions, 10 sessions, 20 sessions, or simply made movement a bigger part of your routine, we’re so so proud of you!
The challenge was never just about prizes (even though they were pretty great). It was about creating space to re°set, building strength through consistency, and proving what can happen when you commit to the input.
