We exist to promote sporting, cultural and community driven activities and we want you to become a part of something incredible!

So much fun at the WNBA game last night in Toronto. Great to see Lara Juškaitė and the Tempo play such a strong game against Caitlin Clarke's powerhouse Indiana Fever. Final score was Indiana 101-Toronto 95 with over 19,000 people attending the contest.
"The Fever and Tempo are unique because each draw a large breadth of fans. The Fever, as the most-watched team in the league, pull eyes from across the U.S. and the globe. Though they are based in Indiana, they represent far beyond those borders. The same goes for the Tempo, who have branded themselves as Canada’s team, playing home games outside of Toronto."

A heartfelt AČIŪ to the Toronto Aušra Sports Club for bringing together an unforgettable evening celebrating Lithuanian basketball star Laura Juškaitė!
More than 100 Lithuanian fans came together to cheer on Laura during the game between the Indiana Fever and Toronto Tempo, proudly showing Lithuanian spirit and support.
Special thanks to the Toronto Aušra SC Board for making this experience possible. The event was led by Rasa Malinauskas, Vice-President of Sports as main organizer, with the support of Dr. Mark Zander, Vice-President of Fundraising; Saulius McLean, Vice-President of Sports; Danielius Duz, Treasurer; Melinda Stončius, Secretary; social media Vytas Gataveckas, and Past President Graeme Dymond.
Before the game, members enjoyed a special pre-game warm-up experience. Aušra basketball players received a Toronto Tempo hat as a keepsake, and had the excitement of being part of the pre-game action.
And the evening became even more special after the game, when Toronto Aušra (joined by Oakville Vytis) had an up-close opportunity to meet Laura Juškaitė, share a few words, and capture a very special memory together. 🏀🇱🇹
What a wonderful way to celebrate Laura, Lithuanian pride, youth sport, and our community!

🇱🇹 Historic achievement for Lithuanian discus throwing! For the first time in 28 years, three Lithuanians — Mykolas Alekna, Andrius Gudžius and Martynas Alekna — have all qualified for the men’s discus final at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham. Mykolas secured his spot with an impressive 67.74 m throw, while Gudžius and Martynas Alekna also earned their places among Europe’s best. The final takes place on Thursday! 💪🇱🇹
