July Recipe Drop: 🍔 Beet Burgers with Almondaise

This bright and refreshing summer staple takes about 30 mins from start to finish.

The Food for Success team signed off on this one for a few reasons. Real ingredients you can pronounce (beets, carrots, h**p hearts, sunflower seeds), no fillers, and a fat-to-protein ratio that keeps you full instead of reaching for a snack an hour later.

Per patty: 297 calories, 8g protein, 27g fat, 9g carbs, 3g fibre.

Good for meal prep, good post-workout, good if you’re cutting back on meat without wanting a sad salad instead. Grill it or bake it, stack it on romaine with tomato and a scoop of almondaise, and it holds up.
