Recently he captained the Canadian National Cricket Team and was seen on the world stage in the Bangladesh Premier League and the Master’s Cricket League that took place in the United Arab Emirates in February 2016. Cheema played in the 2011 World Cup, scoring an amazing 93 against England. In his Debut ODI series in 2008 he scored a whopping 89 runs and 61 runs against West Indies. He was awarded “Man of the Series”, making him the only associate player to have clinched this title in a tournament which involved a test playing nation! Other outstanding career highlights and achievements include his score of 207 runs in a 50 over game in Canada and winning 5 championships in the Toronto and District Cricket Association. Cheema holds the Cricket Australia Level 2 coaching certification. RC99 Cricket Club will offer cricket and fitness coaching for children and adults of all ages and levels of experience from complete learners to seniors and professional cricketers.
