Some journeys come full circle!

Sarah first walked through SAOR’s doors on a friend’s invitation. Since then, she’s become a familiar face in our community — first through her own practice, then as a valued member of our Support Team. Now, with Teacher Training complete, she’s stepping onto the schedule as a Community Class instructor!

Our community classes are back on the schedule!

These sessions are a wonderful way to support our Teacher Training graduates as they step into teaching, offering a space for real-time practice, growth, and confidence building. And we’d love for you to be part of that journey.

They’re also a great entry point for those new to SAOR or looking to try something different.

Will you be joining us this November? Together we’ll gather for a thoughtfully curated SAOR Retreat — a weekend designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

Across the retreat, you’ll be guided through movement, rest, and reflection, creating space to soften, reset, and come back to what feels most true for you. Held in a supportive community setting, this experience is an invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself with more clarity and ease.

This will also be our final retreat at Bloom for now, making this gathering feel especially meaningful.
