Through a series of interactive games and partner exercises, participants will explore connection, trust, and improvisation while developing stronger stage presence and acting skills. Together, we’ll focus on listening and responding to a partner, breaking the ice with an audience, and building confidence through play in a fun, supportive environment. This workshop is open to all experience levels, from first-time participants to experienced performers and is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen the acting side of their performance.

Join us for a straps fundamentals and creative movement workshop with Agustín RB | Aerial Straps Artist

On this 3-hour workshop, we will focus on Straps fundamentals to improve technique and positioning for a natural progression of movements.
Afterwards, we will take time to explore the straps through a creative lens using a combination of imagery, movement prompts, straps manipulation dynamics to develop our own vocabulary.
**prerequisites: ability to perform straight-arm inversions

Welcome to the perfect blend of pole dance and aerial circus—aerial pole! In this workshop, we will explore the highs and lows of aerial pole, focused on pole-specific skills, transitions, and finding fluidity. We will work on climbs, basic upright shapes, and some inversions to build up terminology, while also incorporating some fun spins and orbiting! This workshop is meant for those who have some background in another discipline (silks, hoop, dance, etc.), but are new to aerial pole. Some experience with inversions and spin is an asset.
