Introducing Dance Fit!!!!

We’ve created this class for teens who want to improve their fitness, build confidence and have fun, whether they’ve danced before or not.

Dance Fit combines easy to follow movement with cardio and strength based exercises to create a workout that feels energetic, supportive and enjoyable. There are no auditions, no pressure to get the steps perfect and no experience required. Just a chance to move your body, challenge yourself and have a good time.

This class is perfect for teens who:
• Want to get fitter in a fun environment
• Love music but don’t consider themselves dancers
• Are looking for an alternative to the gym or team sports
• Want to build confidence while staying active

Classes run on Saturdays from 1-2PM

Join us for Tandem Studios Troupe Auditions on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026!

Ages 4–17
Auditions run like a class — no prep needed!

Dancers will be assessed in Jazz + Ballet and can showcase additional skills like acro, tap & more.

AUDITION TIMES:
• 4:00–4:15 PM → Sign-in for ages 4–10
• 4:15–5:30 PM → Auditions for ages 4–6
• 4:15–5:30 PM → Auditions for ages 7–10
• 5:30–5:45 PM → Sign-in for ages 11+
• 5:45–7:15 PM → Auditions for ages 11+
