NEW YOUTH PROGRAMS ARE HERE π₯π₯ποΈ
Weβre excited to launch our new youth programs for ages 10 to 16 at Box & Lift, starting Monday, July 22, 2026.
These programs are designed to help young athletes build skill, strength, fitness, discipline, and confidence in a high-quality coaching environment.
YOUTH PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Monday & Wednesday β 5:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday β 6:30 PM
Membership: $120/month

Weβll be keeping enrollment limited so we can maintain a high level of coaching, safety, and attention for each athlete. As the program grows, weβll reassess and open more spots or add additional time slots if feasible.
We will also have a community subsidized program available for families who may need support. Our goal is to make quality youth training more accessible while still maintaining a strong standard for commitment, effort, and accountability.

Starting Monday July 20, 2026, we will be making a few changes to our evening schedule as we continue to grow and add new youth programs to the gym.
Our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening classes will move back by 30 minutes to create space for our new youth training options.

NEW YOUTH PROGRAMS COMING SOON TO ETOBICOKE
Weβre excited to announce the upcoming launch of Youth Movement Etobicoke β a new program built to give young people access to high-quality, affordable training in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Our mission is to create a space where all kids feel welcome β regardless of experience, background, or ability. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to move, learn, grow, and be part of something positive.
Physical activity is so important for youth, not just physically, but mentally as well.
Regular participation in sports and exercise helps kids develop strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness, while also improving confidence, discipline, focus, resilience, and mental well-being. Movement gives young people a healthy outlet, helps reduce stress, and teaches habits that can benefit them for life.
Our programs are designed to be affordable without sacrificing quality, because we believe accessibility should never come at the cost of great coaching and meaningful development.
