Join us August 10–14 for our Themed Dance Camp for ages 6–8.
Throughout the week, dancers will explore ballet, jazz, contemporary, creative movement, musicality, conditioning, and performance expression, while also enjoying arts & crafts, theatrical activities, and an introduction to stage makeup.
Led by Bayview School of Ballet’s experienced faculty, this fun and supportive camp helps young dancers build confidence, creativity, discipline, and strong foundational technique—all while making new friends and creating lasting summer memories.

Join internationally acclaimed artist and educator Eleanor van Veen this August for a Contemporary Workshop Series designed to inspire creativity, artistry, and self-expression through movement.
Over three Wednesdays — August 12, 19 & 26 — dancers will explore contemporary technique, improvisation, musicality, and performance quality in a supportive and engaging environment.

Bayview School of Ballet is thrilled to welcome Elena Lobsanova to our faculty as Senior Ballet Instructor.
With an extraordinary international career as a Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada and Miami City Ballet, Elena brings a wealth of professional experience, exceptional knowledge, and a deep passion for classical ballet. Throughout her career, she has performed many of the most iconic roles in the classical repertoire and has worked with some of the world’s most celebrated choreographers.
As an accomplished educator, coach, and mentor, Elena has guided dancers of all ages and levels, preparing students for examinations, competitions, and pre-professional training. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her refined artistry and technical expertise, makes her an invaluable addition to our faculty.
We are honoured to have Elena join the Bayview family and look forward to the inspiration, knowledge, and mentorship she will bring to our students.

Bayview School of Ballet is delighted to welcome Emma Courish to our faculty for the 2025–26 dance season.
Emma brings a strong classical foundation, professional performance experience, and a thoughtful, inspiring approach to ballet education. She is currently a Company Apprentice with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen for the 2025/26 season and has previously performed with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen’s Junior Company in repertoire from Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Anastasia, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and more.
Her professional training includes internationally respected institutions such as the English National Ballet School’s Professional Trainee Program, Canada’s National Ballet School, The Harid Conservatory, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School.
In addition to her performance career, Emma has extensive teaching experience with students of various ages and levels, from young beginners to advanced dancers. Her professionalism, elegance, and refined artistry create a supportive and inspiring classroom environment where students are encouraged to develop strength, musicality, confidence, artistry, and a genuine love for ballet.
We are truly excited to welcome Emma to the Bayview School of Ballet family and look forward to the inspiration she will bring to our students this season.
