My darling, it’s ok to start over. It doesn’t mean you are broken or that you failed. It’s your higher self calling you forward into more freedom, more truth, more you.
Here are some tips (because I’ve been there too).
1. Use the time to remember who you are. Start by spending lots of time alone.
2. Pick up that hobby you loved long long time ago. Reading, drawing, baking
3. Purge your stuff - let go of things that hold unsettling memories.
4. It won’t last forever - everything changes and the next 12 months will show you that.
5. Start a practice for your nervous system. Kundalini Yoga is my go to. There are a ton of practices on my YouTube channel. Even better is to step into a container with other women who are healing, exploring their spirituality and having deep conversations.

Seems like everyone is having their reckoning right now.
If you’ve been at it for a while and feel like your next level is calling you - here’s another little clue - it needs to include your body.
That’s why Kundalini Yoga works so well. It’s body, heart, mind, spirit. Nervous system first and a ritual of consciousness.
For women by women.

Happy birthday to meeeeee.
I’ve always been a birthdayzillah. I start thinking about my July 3 in January. (Yes I celebrate my half birthday too).
Getting older matters. These double digits matter. In the long pause between what has been and what is becoming - I feel each moment arrive. More and more I know myself, and that makes me feel sure and steady. What a precious feeling.
I feel more resourced and honest now. My body knows and softly I listen. It’s taken a long time, or so it seems. In comparison to what? I ask myself often.
Sometimes I see the little me and sometimes I see the old person in my reflection. Ever evolving.
Thank you to everyone who has joined me on this journey. For the gracious moments with strangers, sweet fleeting friendships, people I stepped away from for safety and those who are out there waiting for our paths to cross.
It’s been such amazing learning, amidst the heartache and laughter.
Here’s to so much more and of course to 55.5 and 66 in the not so distant future.

Not calm. Not controlled. Not holding it together for the room. Actually regulated, grounded enough in yourself that you don’t need the performance anymore. Kundalini Yoga Training teaches you that kind of regulation, the kind that comes from the inside and doesn’t collapse when life gets hard.
If you’re ready to stop pretending and start regulating for real, enroll in Kundalini Yoga Training.
