Does no change in bodyweight mean you’ve made ZERO progress?🤔
The pictures above are four years apart, and even though the scale didn’t change…
⚡️I dropped body fat.
⚡️I gained muscle.
⚡️I got stronger.
⚡️I was lifting better.
⚡️I was more knowledgeable about food.
⚡️I was able to eat more.
Now, mind you, that second picture is from two years ago (stay tuned for another update soon, and you’ll be shocked 😂).
I just wanted to show you that maybe your goal weight will not translate into the physique you have in mind. 🤷🏻♀️
✅That firm, toned look with a tiny bit of muscle definition and lower body fat could mean no change in your overall weight.
🤷🏻♀️And if you’re only worried about how many lbs you dropped, you could be missing out on a lot of wins along the way.
✅If you’re considered skinny fat, then scale weight means nothing in your fitness journey.
💪🏻You should focus on building muscle (no, you won’t get bulky) and getting stronger over time.
💪🏻Strength is a much better indicator of overall health and physique.
