🔥 HIP MOBILITY UNLOCKED 🔥
Feeling tight hips? Try these game-changing moves!

🦴 Your hip is a tri-planar ball-and-socket joint, meaning it moves through ALL 3 planes — sagittal, frontal, and transverse.

🧠 Every time you walk, squat, pivot, or climb stairs, your hips are working through these planes.
So… keeping them mobile = keeping them happy!

🎯 That’s why exploring different movement patterns is key for optimal hip function.

💙 Try these mobility drills

💯 Reminder:
Don’t push through sharp pain. Slow, controlled reps will unlock more mobility than forcing the stretch.

Save this for your next warm-up 🔥
Your hips will thank you later 💃🏽🕺🏽

I don’t fold on bad days. I don’t run from challenges. I stand alone, I fight alone, and I still dominate🦾😎🦾

LEG LIFT YOGA BLOCK
💪 Muscles Involved
1. Hip Flexors (Iliopsoas, Re**us Femoris) — main movers that lift your legs.
2. Quadriceps — assist with knee extension and stability.
3. Adductors — work eccentrically to stabilize wide-leg position.
4. Re**us Abdominis & Transverse Abdominis — stabilize your pelvis and spine to prevent tipping backward.
5. Obliques — engage to control balance if lifting one leg at a time.
6. Tensor Fasciae Latae (TFL) — helps lift and externally rotate the leg.

🌟 Benefits

✅ Core Strength & Stability – keeps your pelvis neutral and builds lower-ab engagement.
✅ Hip Flexor Strength – improves active flexibility (lifting power, not just passive stretch).
✅ Improved Mobility – teaches your muscles to control range in open-hip positions (useful for yoga, martial arts, dance, or athletic performance).
✅ Better Posture Control – strengthens deep core muscles that help prevent anterior pelvic tilt or lower back arching.
✅ Coordination & Balance – enhances neuromuscular control between your abs and hip flexors.

⚙️ Why You’re Doing This
• To build active hip mobility — you don’t just stretch wide, you learn to lift in that range.
• To strengthen the lower abs and hip flexors, which improves leg raises, L-sits, and even lower-body control in workouts.
