An essentrics warm-up

This is a demonstration of some of the exercises I might do to reset and remind my body what I want/need it to do

My mom enrolled me in dance classes from a young age. In my late twenties I went back to dance full time and it was the best choice that I have ever made, to reconnect deeply with my physical self. I continue to nurture that connection today with all of my movement practices, one of which includes Essentrics!
