What a day!!! F45 Games Day was the perfect way to celebrate Pride through movement, laughter, teamwork, and community.

Pride is about showing up as your authentic self, knowing you are valued, accepted, and loved exactly as you are. It’s also about showing up for others, creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and like they truly belong.

Today was a reminder that our strength goes far beyond the workout. It’s in the encouragement we give, the friendships we build, and the community we create together.
