Crest Swim Club

t one pool. We are fortunate to have access to a six-lane, 25 metre pool complete with state-of-the-art timing equipment. And because of this, our club offers a flexible, family oriented program where swimmers are free to make their own practice schedule each week choosing from 12 possible practice time slots. The coach will suggest the preferred number of practice sessions and each swimmer and their family can chose the schedule that best suits them. This sets CREST apart from every other club in the GTA. What also sets CREST apart is that all our swimmers - from the very youngest, to our senior Olympic hopefuls - know and support one another. Because they are often on the pool deck at the same time, our rookies get to see first hand what it looks like to train for the Olympic trials or prepare for a senior national meet. And those senior swimmers are involved and act as mentors to the youngest members of our club. At bigger clubs, these national swimmers don't even train at the same facility as the rest of the club so valuable mentoring opportunities just don't exist.
